Together we have the potential to build one of the world’s finest cities – to harness our exceptional environment and natural resources, to unite our diverse communities across the region, to create a strong region-wide economy and build pride in our unique city.
The new Auckland mayor will be crucial in achieving this. The mayor must bring together all of Auckland’s diverse communities, localities, organisations and people – to harness their diverse talents, ideas and energy and help them prosper for the benefit of all of Auckland.
